The summer flowers in the Memorial Garden were looking particularly beautiful last Sunday. Here are some photos of some flowers including some happy bees.

Our plans for our annual "Christmas Fayre" are well underway. We have decided to keep it simple and fun. We will have two small outdoor events instead of the usual large indoor event.

On Saturday, October 17 we will feature the sale of homemade jams and jellies, as well as other home made items.

On Saturday, November 14 we will feature our famous Gift Baskets and a Pointsettia sale.

Both events will feature a raffle to support the Lionsgate Hospital Foundation.

Liz Young is getting ready to make some jam and needs lots of canning jars, especially 1 Cup size. If you have jars please let her know: [email protected]  

Judy Brear will be collecting things for the gift baskets - a list is coming soon.

It's not too early to order calendars for 2021. The Canadian Church Calendar is a an essential item for your home, and also a great gift for friends and family.

At only $6 its a great deal. Funds raised assist the Anglican Church Women of the diocese to continue their many outreach programs.
