Car wanted
Hello Everyone, I am writing to put the word out for Honada and Said. They are looking for a low cost vehicle. Said has nearly passed his driver's test. He is scheduled to take his test in December and he has been working toward this quite doggedly over the past 4 years. Bus trips for 5 people plus taxis for groceries and driving help to work for Said is costing them quite a lot, so they are confident that they can afford the cost of insurance, gas, and repairs. If anyone hears of a vehicle that someone would be interested in donating or selling to them for $1000-$2000, this would really help the family. If a donated car is found, St. Agnes church can offer a tax receipt for the value of the car. I know it seems like a big ask, but we have had 3 cars donated to people in the past! Please let me know if you hear of anything. Shannon Muir smuirslp@gmail.com

Need a ramp?Special offer from Jacob Muir Hello Everyone, As you may know, I have been building my landscape construction business for the past year. As part of this endeavour, I have recently been considering offering Aluminum accessibility ramps. I am looking for a few folks who would be willing to let me practice installing a ramp for them. I would be happy to offer it at cost so long as I can take a few photos to potentially use for marketing. If you or someone you know needs an affordable ramp, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
