Father Stephen returns after being away for the last two Sundays on a holiday with Shannon. Thanks to the Reverends Neil Fernyhough and Roberta Fraser for filling in on July 3 & 10, respectively. 8 AM ServiceHoly Communion - Sunday, July 17, 2022 Join us for a service of Holy Communion at 8AM. The current COVID-19 safety protocal is that masks are optional, not manditory. If you are not feeling well, please stay at home. The service includes readings from the Bible, a sermon, and Holy Communion, also refered to as "the Eucharist" from the Greek word meaning "thanksgiving." The 8 o'clock service uses the traditional language version as found in the Book of Alternative Services. All are welcome to attend. Eucharist in church with Zoom option at 10:15AMSunday, July 17, 2022 We are pleased to invite you to attend a weekly Celebration of the Eucharist at 10:15 AM. This service features lively music from our musical team of Tae and Tak Maeda along with our wonderful choir. This service is also available live at home on Zoom. The Zoom log-in information is below. The Zoom service is recorded and posted to our e-news list at about noon on Sunday. Covid-safe common sense rules still apply - if you are not feeling well, please stay at home and participate on Zoom at 10:15. Mask wearing in church is optional but encouraged, and vaccination passports are no longer required. If you have not been vaccinated, please consider making use of Zoom. Lectionary Bible StudyResumes on Zoom this Wednesday, July 20, 2022 Join us for a weekly opportunity to read the lectionary readings for the upcoming Sunday. Fr Stephen leads the discussion to help us gain better insight into the readings. The lectionary follows a schedule and usually includes a passage from the Hebrew scriptures, an epistle (letter) from the New Testament, and a reading from one of the four Gospels.
