Memorial for Bob SharplesA memorial Service for Bob Sharples will be held at the church on Saturday, February 18. The time is still to be confirmed. Bob had a long career as a broadcaster with CBC Radio, and he loved being a reader on Sundays. Bob and his wife Marilyn came to our church after Mt Olivet Lutheran Church was closed. He died on January 26. Please keep Marilyn and her family in your prayers as they grieve their loss. All are welcome to attend the service which will be followed by a reception in the church hall. |

Shrove Tuesday Pancake SupperJoin us for a delicous pancake supper with ham slices and sausages (mostly) prepared by the men of the parish. Early bird supper is served at 5:30 and then the doors are open to the Cubs and Scouts at 6 pm. This will be the first Shrove Tuesday event since the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020. We welcome more men to volunteer to help make this another great event. Please call the office at 604 987-0432 or sign up at the church.

Ash WednesdayJoin us for a simple service of the imposition of ashes as we begin the season of Lent. The service will begin at 10 am and last approximately half an hour. All are welcome. |

Join Archdeacon Stephen Muir and the Reverends Helen Dunn and Patrick Blaney for this five session book study on To Love and Serve: Anglican Beliefs and Practices. The course will be offered on Zoom on Wednesday evenings in Lent at 7 pm starting on March 1. Fr Stephen has several copies available to buy or borrow. Let him know if you want a copy.
