We have known her as "Sarah in Lebanon" for the past two and a half years. She joined us on Zoom on Sundays when she had access to electricity, so we feel like we have known her for a while.

On Tuesday, May 16 Sarah arrived safely in Canada. She was met at the airport by a small group of supporters from REST and St Agnes. Brianna made a lovely welcome poster. No longer a refugee, Sarah is now a permanent resident of Canada.

There will be a special reception to welcome Sarah and possibly some other recent newcomers on May 28 after church. This Sunday she is planning on coming to church  and is looking forward to meeting everyone at St Agnes!

Join us for a delicious restaurant-quality meal provided by our ministry partner, Sharing Abundance.

Doors open at 11:30 and lunch is served at noon. This week's guest speaker is Craig Olley, VP Operations of Neptune Terminals.

All seniors (55+) are welcome! Your suggested minimum donation of $10 per person is welcome.

There will be a Memorial service for Peggy McMillan at 10:30 am at St Cuthbert's Anglican Church in Delta on Saturday, June 3rd.

There may be a service at St Agnes later in June. The details will be announced in this e-newsletter.

Fr Stephen will be taking some vacation days from Tuesday, May 23 to Friday, May 26. He will be back in church on May 28.

He will be joining Deacon Lizz and Ken and some others on a short tour of wineries in the Okanagan. Please pray for safe travels.
