Summer begins
Today marks the summer solstice and the first day of summer. It is also National Indigenous Peoples Day. On Sundays we acknowledge that the parish of St Agnes is located in the unceded Coast Salish territories within the Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish and Musqueam First nations. This is but a small gesture to acknowledge the huge debt of gratitude we owe to the first peoples of Canada.
