Cultural Canoe TourTakaya Tours’ business is guided, interpretive paddles in replica ocean-going canoes, similar to those used historically by the Tsleil-Waututh Nation. Guests gently paddle in the protected waters of the beautiful salt water inlet, while First Nation Guides share songs, legends and point out ancient village sites. The two hour tour leaves from Cates Park at 1 pm. A group of local Anglican clergy and lay people are participating. Cost is $106.40 per person (includes GST).
