Harvest Thanksgiving

Harvest Thanksgiving

This Sunday, October 13

Help us decorate the church on Saturday at 10:30 AM for our Thanksgiving services. Bring seasonal decorations including fresh farm produce. Eric Bozman will supervise.

We also welcome contributions toward our Seniors' Moment Lunch program. We can use cash donations or grocery gift cards.

Cultural Canoe Tour

Cultural Canoe Tour

October 30 at 1 PM

Takaya Tours’ business is guided, interpretive paddles in replica ocean-going canoes, similar to those used historically by the Tsleil-Waututh Nation. Guests gently paddle in the protected waters of the beautiful  salt water inlet, while First Nation Guides share songs, legends and point out ancient village sites.

The two hour tour leaves from Cates Park at 1 pm. A group of local Anglican clergy and lay people are participating. Cost is $106.40 per person (includes GST).

Concert with Lions Gate Brass Quintet - Sunday, November 10, 2024

The Lions Gate Brass will play a selection of sacred and popular songs with a Remembrance Day theme. 

Admission by donation: proceeds will be forwarded to the PWRDF for humanitarian relief in war zones around the world.
