The Seniors' Moment Lunch returns for another season of delicious meals, engaging guest speakers, and great company!

In June we said goodbye to our program partner, Sharing Abundance. This September we welcome a new partnership with our friends at Silver Harbour, who will provide the meals. Vancouver Food Runners, a local volunteer group, will transport the food. 

Your suggested minimum donation of $15 is appreciated.

Joint Mobility, Core and Balance Class

Join Master Trainer Sheila Hamilton for a 5 week Program to improve your joint mobility, core strength and balance.

Sheila will progress the class over the 5 weeks providing modifications if needed for all levels of fitness.

A homework program will be provided that you can work on at home.

Please bring an exercise mat and a small pillow or foam block.

Long resistance bands will be for purchase at $15.00

The Lions Gate Brass will play a selection of sacred and popular songs with a Remembrance Day theme. 

Admission by donation: proceeds will be forwarded to the PWRDF for humanitarian relief in war zones around the world.
