Diocesan Mission Conference

Diocesan Mission Conference

Saturday, May 30, 2026

The diocesan Mission Conference happens bi-annually in non-synod years. This year's special guest is Archbishop Michael Curry.

The Rt. Rev. Michael Bruce Curry served as the 27th presiding bishop and primate of The Episcopal Church (USA). He was elected in 2015 to a nine-year term as presiding bishop, and the animating vision and message of his ministry is Jesus of Nazareth and his model of radical, sacrificial love. Bishop Curry retired in 2024 following more than 40 years of ordained ministry.

The conference will be held at the synod office in Vancouver. All who are interested are encouraged to attend. Mark your calendar now. We will sort our car pooling closer to the event.
