For the 4th year in a row, John Cronin helped us celebrate a Seniors' Moment St Patrick's Day with a rousing collection of Irish songs. His niece is a dance instructor and she brought along some young Irish dancers for a surprise performance. You can view of video of them in the accompanying news item.

The feast featured a delicious Irish stew with mashed potatoes. For the final time this season, students from Collingwood School helped make and serve the meals.

As we were getting ready, the health inspector came to make sure all is well with our kitchen practices. We passed with flying colours with a friendly reminder that the rinse water on the dishwasher should be at least 180 degrees. We can do that!
