Our final Seniors' Moment Lunch of the season will feature a travelogue presented by Keith Gilbert about his recent trip to Norway. 

Your suggested minimum donation of $15 is appreciated. This covers our costs. The food is provided by Silver Harbour Seniors Centre, and delivered by volunteers from Vancouver Food Runners.

We will take July and August off and resume the program on September 19.
