Celtic ensemble A Casual Affair and the five-member Croutones provided joyful music to a full parish hall on Friday, May 29. The event was to raise money to sponsor a refugee family from Afghanistan who are currently living in Pakistan. 

Great food was available in the parking area outside the main church entrance. Buger-holic provided an excellent selection of burgers and fries for all preferences.

Thanks to everyone who came out to support this good cause!

The is the final Seniors' Moment Lunch of the season and we will conclude with a pizza party!

DNV Counsellor Jordan Bach is our guest speaker who will tell us about recreation activities for seniors.

Your suggested minimum donation of $15 is appreciated. This covers our costs.

Fr Stephen will be away for summer vacation from June 7 to July 7, returning to work on Wednesday, July 8.

Fr Michael Batten, a retired priest and member of our parish, will preach and preside on Sundays at 8 & 10:15 while Stephen is away.

Urgent pastoral care issues will be refered to St John's at 604 986-1151, or St Catherine's at 604 985-0666.
