A Seniors' Moment LunchA Seniors' Moment Lunch features great food, great company and a variety of guest speakers on the first and third Friday of most months. This week's guest speaker is Louise Campbell of the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation. Your suggested minimum donation of $15 is appreciated. This covers our costs. The food is provided by Silver Harbour Seniors Centre, and delivered by volunteers from Vancouver Food Runners.
